In modern times when stress and anxiety are driving humanity to the brink, yoga can be a panacea. Behavioural and medical scientists have demonstrated quite convincingly that people have far greater capacity to tolerate psychological and somatic stress than was earlier believed.

    The main thing in life is happiness and celebrating each moment of your life. Take life easy and accept the people as they are. Even you are not perfect. If we plan to do something, it is not necessary that it materializes. If anything more important comes along the way, it is okay; enjoy doing that.

  2. You don’t need to be a perfectionist always. If you are one, you will always remain under stress and will not like anyone’s work and as well never be able to delegate your tasks to anyone
